Salted caramel ice cream. Oh my!

Super easy, super delicious. I've been making all sorts of easy ice creams for years, and tried a new variant at a family Christmas lunch on Sunday. Oh my goodness. You have to try this.

600 ml fresh cream
380 grams caramel filling
salt, to taste

Whip the cream until firm. Mix in the caramel and salt. Freeze. Enjoy!
