Just a quick note to rave about two wonderful spicy delights I've discovered recently.
Crispy Chilli Oil by Chotto Motto
I bought a jar of this stuff while in Daylesford, Victoria, a few months ago. It took a while before I worked out what to do with it, but it's MAGNIFICENT with scrambled eggs, feta cheese and chopped spinach.
Nom nom! I've been using this to make kimchi and cheese jaffles. A perfect Friday night dinner treat.
