Friday night treat ... Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce

Fresh asparagus is available in Canberra now. Yum! Tonight's meal would have fared equally well as breakfast, lunch or dinner ... we had steamed asparagus with poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce.

Not the most photogenic of meals, but we enjoyed it!
