The foodie joys of spring

I've raved about the wonderful free recipes produced by Sydney Markets here before. Tonight's dinner of stir-fried greens with tofu, chilli and basil was another delightful feast. See what I mean?


As an added bonus, I was able to buy all of the veges, plus the (locally made) tofu, from the wonderful farm shop Choku Bai Jo near my house. We're enjoying spring in Canberra.
