Chocolate Nut Cake (a delicious misnomer)

This yummy slice contains no chocolate and no nuts, so it is a bit of a mystery how it got its name. Anyway, I've been making this since I was a kid. Apparently my aunt learnt the recipe in cooking classes at intermediate school [middle school] in New Zealand, and it has been a favourite in our family ever since.

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
0.5 cup brown sugar
3 Weet-bix (or similar), crushed
100g butter, melted

Put dry ingredients in a bowl, pour melted butter in and mix well. Press into lined slice tin, and bake at 180 degrees C for 20 to 25 minutes, When cool, ice with chocolate butter icing and cut into squares.
