Really easy fruit sorbet!

Have you ever noticed how heavy in refined sugar most sorbet recipes are, and how fiddly they can be to make? Well, here is a simple (and, dare I say, less sugary) way to make a delicious, sorbet-like dessert. Just take a can of fruit pieces in fruit juice - my favourite involves peaches in mango purée - pop it in the freezer for a couple of days, then take it out and blend the contents using a blender or food processor. That's it! Enjoy.
