Number crunch (the three years of COVID edition)

I'm still keeping a menu and planning meals, though the system has become more flexible lately! Rather than writing a list of days and a dinner item next to each, I've started just making a list of food ideas, cooking and eating them in any order, and crossing them off. It's working well. And I'm still recording all the dinners I cook in an Excel spreadsheet. It's been fourteen years. That's a LOT of data! Here's what I cooked most over the past year:

creamy tuna pasta
scrambled eggs with feta, spinach and crispy chilli
vegetable samosas
vege burger wraps or brioche
roasted vegetables
kimchi and cheese jaffles
pasta and sauce

Seems we're still eating a lot of comfort foods. Ah well.
