Summertiiiiime, and the smoothies are easy

There's so much fabulous fresh fruit around at the moment! Today's lunch? A mango smoothie, featuring fresh mango, Greek yoghurt, a splash of milk and some ice cubes. Yum. You could also use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries or even nectarines.
