A tale of many breakfasts

We've been on holiday (or vacation, as people in the USA might say) for the past week. We have travelled around the delightful state of Victoria, whose catchphrase, quite rightly I think, is you'll love every piece of Victoria. OK, so it rained a lot, but there was still plenty to see and eat and do ...

The Long Track roll, at the Long Track Pantry in Jugiong, NSW

Mushrooms on toast at the Early Bird Cafe in Albury, NSW

Smoked salmon and potato cakes with rocket and Milawa
mustard dressing, at Scribblers Cafe in Wangaratta, Victoria

Porridge with a berry compote at Ruby in Kyneton,
Victoria (we were attracted to this place as it has the same
name as the cafe in Corner Gas, a favourite TV series!)

Eggs Benedict at Tuileries, Rutherglen, Victoria

Local food platter at Pickled Sisters Cafe in Wahgunyah, Victoria

In case you're thinking ALL our holiday pics are of food, here's one of the view
from the back door of our bed and breakfast in Rutherglen, Victoria at sunrise

Yes, I think it's safe to say ... we heart every little bit of Victoria!
