'Tis the season to be stir-frying ...

It's summer here in Australia, and I'm very grateful to have a gorgeous little organic shop, Choku Bai Jo, in my suburb.

CBJ's veges are spectacular!

Sooooo easy! The only ingredients, apart from all the veges shown above, 

were a splash of olive oil, some bean thread 

noodles, and some tamari (soy) sauce.
