Cheese making course @ Charles Sturt University
It's been over six years since I did the weekend cheese making workshop at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga.
It was great fun. If you get a chance to do it ... do!
UPDATE: I just discovered – when checking my blog for broken links – that this course does not appear to be running anymore. Plenty of other course providers seem to be running cheese making courses now though. Google it if you're interested ... (15 January 2013)
