Paprika Mushrooms

Lat year I had the good fortune to travel between Brisbane and Cairns, return, in Queenslander Class on the Sunlander train. The food was wonderful - fresh, local, and delicious. I love mushrooms anyway, but the ones served for breakfast on the Sunlander were especially spectacular. They were spicy and a little orange in colour, and (lucky for me) when I guessed correctly that paprika was the key ingredient, the nice lady serving breakfast asked the chef what else they contained. You'll need:

button mushrooms
paprika (hot or sweet - as you prefer)
a dash of lemon juice

Fry the mushrooms in the butter and paprika, adding lemon juice and salt to taste.
