Soooooo not a health food ... but fun to make and eat!
200g butter
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
4 tsp cocoa
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 packets malt biscuits, crushed
marshmallows
desiccated coconut
Melt first 5 ingredients together and mix in the biscuit crumbs. Form balls around halved marshmallows, and roll balls in coconut. Chill and enjoy.
