My kitchen is a soup factory

Brrrr! It is very wintery right now in Canberra, and time for comfort food. Andrew found a wonderful recipe for potato, leek, bacon and cannellini bean soup recently and it's become a firm favourite in our house. Last night I made enough for six meals, and filled the freezer!
