Terrific trout @ Ellacure

We've been back to Ellacure a couple of times since our first visit earlier this year. Andrew keeps eating the same thing – French toast with strawberries, clove-spiced maple syrup, and a side of bacon – but I've tried several menu items now. Today's brekkie was especially spectacular:

Smoked trout, dill and chive scrambled eggs on toast, with

some fabulous mustard-spiked Hollandaise on the side

Oh no!! The smoked trout is no longer on the menu. New weekend brunch menu is here. Sigh. I'm gonna have to find a new addiction …
