My newest kitchen toy is Tupperware's 'Happy Chopper'. It is like a miniature, hand held food processor. It is really, REALLY handy for chopping vegetables for the various Asian dishes I make. Plus, it cuts down on onion-cutting sniffles. Cool bananas!
