Coriander and Green Pea Dip (a.k.a. 'Peacamole')


Not sure of the etiquette of  errr  stealing recipes from other people's blogs, so here is a link to a wonderful dip recipe:

For those of us in the Antipodes, cilantro is called 'coriander', and when I made the dip I used a whole bunch of fresh coriander (rather than the oil), and frozen baby peas. It was delicious, nutritious, and a gorgeous green colour. Perfect for your next dinner party.
